    Can you add a large pilot before your main injection? Every short dwell time between the two injections. is Your rail pressure 2000 bar? If not Can you increase the currant to the prv ( 2nd fuelregulator)? This will allow the meterng valve to control rail pressure.

    The problem is to much fuel!!! I recommend increasing injection pressure and decreasing injector energizing times!

    How are the LML's holding up?

    The bosch fuel system is robust and as long as you get a cp4.2 pump with out roller issues its going to treat you well. Also its a 2000bar injection pump and it performs better than the cp3.. The piezoelectric injectors are bullet proof.
