Oh wait. I plugged the unit into the pc and it must have picked up the update. Because when I plugged it into the truck this time it prompted me for and update and it did update. thks- nevillet904

bully dog gt missing files
About 6 months ago I attempted to update my bully dog gt and it gave me an error. So I contacted Bully Dog and they took control of my desktop and it appeared the tech was replacing missing files.
