Hi all. I am fabbing a CAI box. Not to familiar with diesel tendencies 04.5 LLY MAP location, do I put this the narrowest part of the intake which is 4" truck has LBZ mouthpiece with 4" elbows and strait pipe. I was thinking in the straight tube between the elbows or close to the OEM... -

Not really just wanted to say hello Google led me here looking to lower oil temps, trans temp etc in my 04 LLY. Put the LBZ mouthpiece on, 4 inch intake tubing now need to fabricate a nice cold air system. drawing air from the engine bay is kind of wonky Looks like some hands on folks here...- SoCal355
