    Mounting nozzles closer to the head(s) would cool down the combustion chambers (read EGT control) You could also put a nozzle out further, and use both. Because it's closer to the head, the fluid won't phase change, so the fluid will be used in the combustion chamber.

    Keep pre-IC spray to a minimum, you only want enough to remove heat from the CAC. Most should be after.

    Some things that pop into mind. You mention MPG-MAX, are you sure you have the right solenoid going to the right nozzle? Are you sure the wiring is correct? Try this, if you haven't already. Turn all of the settings so that the kit won't inject at all. If you aren't getting any stumbling...
