Tuned a few John Deere's
The 9.0 L in the 8530 is rated at 330HP (engine) and 275 (pto). The engine can handle quite a bit more but the question comes down to how much is the owner comfortable putting through the drive train. That being said, here is a dyno chart for a 8430 tune (don't see too many 8530's around here)...- Jari

Speed related programming is found on the transmission controller on IVT equipped tractors. Our tuning tools can only communicate with engine control however I have purchased an IVT controller from Deere and identified the chipset. Theoretically it's possible to program the chip directly but not...- Jari
