    If the fluid is breaking down from excessive heat it will not lubricate as well. P/S fluid is one thing a lot of people tend to forget about. I know the Blue Top warranty is 1 year unlimited miles and I think Redhead is the same.

    When it comes to reman boxes they are far superior than anything you get from the parts store. I have 70,000+ miles on mine with zero issues. If you have an issue you can call them and talk to the person that built it to figure out a solution. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

    I have been using Racor filters with no issues for over 500,000 miles. Kennedy lift pump is a great choice since you already have 2 quality filters.

    The new filter is starting to pop up all over and it is used by a few brands. I know Luber-Finer and Fram for sure that uses that style.     That is some decent MPG. In a 2 wheel drive van I bet it could be 18+ MPG. My van stock was 250/450 and now I am maybe around 300/500. So it sounds like this would be a very good gas option for me. Thank you for taking the time to provide some good info.
