    Thanks for the info,take the weatherstriping off on the inside of the cab right,although it makes me wonder why the sensor would only work when it's cooler out and not when it's hot out. I'LL let him know about the $150 gamble, he was quoted $120 for the filter & flush which i thought was a good...

    Hello all,my dad has a 04 ccsb 2500 with 130k on it an the air conditioning isn"t working properly. When it's say anthing below 80 out it blows cold air anything above that it blows warm air, so he added some freon and still doing the same thing. Someone suggested it needs a filter and a flush...
