Losing Your Girlfriend, Fiancé, Wife...etc. How To Deal With It?

Thanks for your support guys. Reading all this really helps. I can't explain how, but it really does. I was hesitant to speak on here, but I'm glad I did. It's like my equivalent to the local watering hole. Never in a million years did I think I could be brought to my knees by anything. What a...

Losing Your Girlfriend, Fiancé, Wife...etc. How To Deal With It?

Yeah, I agree with it never being the same. The kids are what's helping. What doesn't help is that I take winters off for the most part. We worked hard together all summer so that we had enough saved up to enjoy some time away with each other. That ain't happeneing now. I just started going to...

Losing Your Girlfriend, Fiancé, Wife...etc. How To Deal With It?

You're absolutley right! No way in Hell would I even contemplate suicide. It never even crossed my mind once. I could never do that to the people I love and who love me. I've so seen that happen to people I know. Some never ever came back to the person they once were.

Losing Your Girlfriend, Fiancé, Wife...etc. How To Deal With It?

Guys, that is some good advice. I REALLY appreciate reading it all. Oddly, I feel a little less alone. I guess when people say misery loves company this must be it. You're absolutlely right when you said the truck helps a lot! I feel the same way. My red truck in my avatar has been a build in...

Losing Your Girlfriend, Fiancé, Wife...etc. How To Deal With It?

Hey guys, You know, I've been on the forums since The Page was up and running. From there I went to The Place and when Nick sold out I migrated with the rest of you guys here. Simply put, like you guys, I just love diesel pickups. I can't get enough info about reading about them and seeing...

Without struggles you can't get stronger.........

Wow Adam, that's a heck of an email to read. I hope for nothing but the best for you and your family. I know for a fact that diet does play a big role in fighting this. And I also know, you guys might think I'm an absolute nut job but, cannabis oil works. I've seen first hand evidence of it...

    LMM Towing Question

Thanks for the advice guys:hug: Adam, I'm going to try that method and report back on how it did Running on flat ground there isn't a problem. It stays in 6th. It's inly when I come to a slight incline that it downshifts. This only happens when I have it in cruise. Not in cruise, it hardly happens.

    LMM Towing Question

Ah yes. There is that little factor that I neglected to mention. I'm rolling on 315/70/17's. I have my speedo adjusted for those tires too.

    LMM Towing Question

I usually keep her in the 60-70 range with my DSP-5 in the Tow tune. Faster than that isn't for me hauling one of these things.

    LMM Towing Question

Really? Interesting. I never knew that. But it does make sense that the engine load is lower. I'm going to do a hand calculated MPG figure to see what kind of mileage I get towing. Only did one trip with the LMM before and I never calculated it.

    LMM Towing Question

I'm heading to Indiana tomorrow to haul an RV. Question I have is, whenever I'm towing and have the cruise set, I notice that the tranny is constantly downshifting into 5th in the slightest hill. Is there a way to stop that annoying problem? When using any other of my LB7's I never have this...

Delete for 2008 Jeep Cherokee CRD

Does anyone here have a hookup to have a Jeep Cherokee CRD deleted? I really don't care about a power increase, I more or less just want the DPF, EGR and swirl taken care of. Thanks! Nick

LML Looking to go to 37" tires

If you want a great 37" tire I highly recommend the Pro Comp Xtreme AT's. They wear incredibly well and the ride is smooth and quiet. The set I have on my '01 LB7 in my avatar pic are 37x13.5x17. Don't know if they offer them in 20" sizes though. Nick
