    Very minor ....maybe. When a rod bends, your compressions ratio drops, and depending on how much bend it has is what varies the amount of CR drop. The lower you drop it, the less the fuel will burn completely, thus the white smoke. Do a compression test, that will tell you a lot right there.

    Any particular reason why? I che'ked my 03 that way and all the cylinders were within 10% of each other.....which isnt to say that all 8 were bent but.... Why would doing it one at a time not be accurate? Is it easier to turn over with all 8 plugs out and only one cylinder making pressure?

    compression test is done by pulling the glow plugs out one by one and testing cylinder pressure through there, It'll tell you real quick if its bent rods or not.

    Thanks james, I'll check those out. Would I be better off trying to run two subs at lower power than pushing that much through a single?? You got a pic of that setup?? 4 subs behind the seat??:eek: Where'd you get a box to fit that??

    What audiobahn did you have that was junk?? Need to find something that I can run that won't get smoked again. Thats what the guy that tested mine told me, but he said he wouldn't recommend running it at 1 ohm since its a huge load and would heat up quick. Anyone have a recommendation...

    2000 peak, 1100 rms. The 1200 watt amp I have actually pushes 1353rms ......at least according to the test the audio joint here ran it through, it did. JBL1200.1 .... motha pushes some wattage, guess it was too much for that sub. Trying to find another that'll fit in that same box.
