I have the full kit in my 02. I am just looking for a little boost for towing. I am not taking the tranny out yet, as it is still under warranty and not a racer. If it will help some I will take the pan off. If not the pan stay's on.- mvnvltn

Is there any benefit to putting this in a 5 speed? I am not racing this one, but it tows hard everytime it moves.- mvnvltn

4wd launches
It wil jump all over the place. Just get tie rod sleeve's and braces on your front end. Remove or back off your torsion bar bolts. Start launching at around 1800 rpm and go up from there. You'll know when it's right :D- mvnvltn
