I feel for ya Kurt, with a turbo installed is not much better than not having a turbo at all. gm-4 or gm-8 or about any of the turbo's will work on that one. Good luck with that.
I'm thinking the oil viscosity is so high that the oil quantity can't be pushed through the bypass orifice and therefore higher pressure when cold. Maybe, just maybe?
