    Only a couple of codes relating to turbo boost press and map Simon. Crank and Cam Sensors are ok. If the same guy built your engine he didnt leave the reluctor plate off the cam too did he?

    Thanks Jerrod - I have .02v on the ground wire, 5v on the 5v ref wire and also 5v on the centre (signal) wire. You saying this is not right?     Im going to put a new set of injectors in so we can eliminate that one and then go from there. Waiting on Guy at the moment as he seems to have a handle on them. I like the part about them being flow tested and balanced too. I'll be back soon. Thanks all in the meantime

    I had 35s on stock suspension with keys cranked up. Ride was as hard as and they were a pain turning tight radius.     Finally got efi to work in my 05. I disconnected ficu plugs and cranked it over and it shot straight up to 4000+ - so we can lay that one to rest about only having 200psi when cranking. So we definately have a fuel pressure problem but its looking more electrically related now.....

    I have an LB7 but they have a smaller fitting. Otherwise I could pull the one out of my 05 I guess. mmm but I really would like to know the answer one way or the other on whether there is meant to be (4000) psi at cranking or not. Theres a big difference between 200 and 4000

    ECMs not touching anything John. Took the glowplugs out last night and cranked it - had fuel puff out of no 5. Tok it out changed heads on it and cleaned internals. Cranked again - no fuel coming out - put glowplugs back in cranked it - wouldnt start - hooked up efi - still only 200 psi. Im...

    Reluctor Plate can only go on one way because of the offcentre layout of the bolts Simon

    Probably not as big of PITA as not running as it is now. At the FRP sensor I am recieving 5 volt at the 5 volt ref .01v at the low ref and 5 volts at the middle wire (sensor) Is that normal?

    Sounds like something is blocked or pinched. A trickle ain't good. Like how much fuel should come out the return line?. after cranking it 3 times for 7-8 sec each I had about 2 teaspoons of fuel
