    Sorry to hear about a lost friend. Do the numbers seem odd to you? We are dealing with "windows" here, cut an alleged 1.4 60' and go 11.7. Casper cuts a 1.56 best, and goes 10.60 +/-. In all my forum reading (taken with a grain of salt when required) this is an age old discussion, perhaps...

    huh? I am not the sharpest guy in the shop, but i gots me a calcumalator... That doesn't work right unless he broke at about 900 ft. Used to be a number for 60' reduction and theoretical 1/4 mile savings, multiply savings by ? equals total savings over the 1/4, if all remains constant.

    Hmmm? I spose I'd be happy with high 11's at the track, If i only street drove the truck mid 12's is plenty fast. I'm not really looking at this project in those terms. This phase is simply the foundation, kinda like your houses! Gotta build it and buy it right to make any money consistantly...

    So... If a 1.9 60 nets a 13.4 roughly. A 1.8 60 should get you a 12.7, 1.7 60 gets a 12.0, a 1.6 gets you a 11.3, 1.5 60 gets a 10.6??? Thats Pats arena a 10-6, Pat can you come over hear and share please . Anybody else have some input?? Very interesting how the 60 effects the 1/4 time...

    I ran a lame 1.8-2.0 60' on 40 lbs of air, no traction bars, no lockers, Michelin tires, very little boost. Anybody sub 1.5's? Drag Racers what are you seeing in 60's and how does it impact your 1/4 mile?
