LLY 0281 code while Flashing, Won't Start
Unfortunately this is an LLY issue I have seen MANY times. The reason it throws the error code is because the ECM has been erased and was interrupted so it never programmed (hence why it will not start or most likely not even try to turn over).It will need to be bench flashed or put in a buddies...- SickLL7Crenshaw
