    Any codes stored by the BCM? Yes, BCM is under the steering column and ECM is under the hood down low on the drivers side fenderwell below the battery. The TCM is the module mounted on the fan shroud. For the ECM - BCM connections, see post #15 in this thread. It's one of 2 serial busses.

    If not a missing ground lug somewhere (maybe missed during reinstall?), check the 4WD Low signal. Output from the TCCM output as an input to both the ECM and TCM. If you had access to a Tech2 you should be able to read what TCM is seeing as inputs.

    I believe those numbers would be in MPa, not PSI. 140Mpa = 20,305 PSI.

    Blue, correct. Confusing as hell as GM labels it "Trailer Aux Supply Voltage" when it's really the electric brake wire. Yellow wire is left turn/stop. Center terminal is backup lamp supply. From the FSM.

    Yup. Power wire in the trailer connector should be red on the GMT-800 trucks. Power for the +12v terminal in the trailer connector comes directly from the STUD #1 40A maxi-fuse in the fusebox under the hood. Always hot, not switched.
