    REAL World MPG's

Once you own a diesel truck that you actually use as a truck (which it appears you do) you will never be able to deal with a gas truck again. Believe me I have had countless customers try and it never lasted. For one 2.06 vs 2.76 here for low grade gas vs diesel. So for 400 miles you would...

    Which Shackles?

Axle wrap itself won't break trans shafts, but a bad wheel hop at the same time as converter lockup will. Only time I've broken a stock shaft.

    Which Shackles?

He already had them and rather than go back to stock I suggested running them on the opposite side up-side down. They correct the upper ball joints for a cranked up truck with positive angles on the UCAs. When run flipped they correct for a negative angle on the UCAs and it worked out.

    83mm turbine wheel potential?

I forgot to post it but since you were asking and others may look in this thread for the answer I have easily done over 820 rwhp on multiple 75/83/.90 turbos.

    83mm turbine wheel potential?

    83mm turbine wheel potential?

I would never run an 80mm compressor on an 83mm turbine - too much drive pressure and nothing to gain. On 75 and smaller turbos that are fuel limited I see better spool out of the 83, but on a truck with fuel it is no where near being worth what you are giving up everywhere else in the RPM.

    lower valve cover leak

Even with chasing threads and cleaning the holes I have had studs stick out to far, I have ground covers in the past but we shave the studs a little to prevent it now.
