One nice thing about today's tech, you can easily pull up the pids to map the curves on about any ECU. And if your scale is off, you can most likely adjust it in the tune. So if you find an APPS that fits your build, you can likely adjust around it. That's how I stumbled onto the relationship... -

I just rechecked the pins at sensor, 3 5v Ref, 3 Low Ref, 3 APP Signals. I even used the exact same circuit #'s as the pinout diagram just to be sure. And all the wires match up color code from ECM to APPS. Leaving me to believe maybe the physical pedal has something to do with calibration... -

Next, I swapped in the LB7 ECM that @Cougar281 sent over. Powers up fine, and shows a good SN and VIN #, "masked some digits in photo.." However the APP issue remains, and it shows a Class 2 error. Yet responds fine to serial commands. The APP voltage on pedal out of a gasser must be different... -
