    Another LBY swap

Well pulled the trigger on a 6 speed conversion for my 02. Should have done this a decade ago. Works extremely well, very happy with it. It’s a DT kit, other then the delay in ordering and shipping it’s been good. Need to get a retune for the 4-5 and 5-6 shift but not a huge issue. I have it...

    59 Apache Duramax

It’s a factory 59 frame. Ic is an eBay special. We haven’t made the thermostat housing yet but yes it will be facing forward like the Chevelle. I may end up purchasing an HSP as theirs is already made. We’ll see, since we missed hot August nights the build slowed way down. I’ll try and get it...

    59 Apache Duramax

My last progress pic has a plank of the flooring laying in the bed, I’m planning on using it. It’s laminate wood flooring. It’s the weatherproof type, hoping it holds up. Wasn’t that expensive so if it doesn’t work out I won’t be out that much time and money. It looks really good.

    59 Apache Duramax

It’s is definitely pointless but in this frame it doesn’t make a difference. As the motor cannot get any lower without being exposed below the crossmember. And when it’s laid out the crossmember is on the ground. We could have removed both pans and modified them like the others but over all...

Progress pics. Motor and trans mount done. Fuel done, radiator installed with ic attached. Trans cooler and lines done. Battery and bed mounted. Windshield in, still waiting on rear window install. Ecm tcm mounted and wired with a donor kodiac harness. Everything is super tight but fits very...

LB7 fuel line clean up in the valley ??

This is what I did this last time around with my fuel lines. Zoom in and following the return lines, they’re all there, hooked up and plumbed back to the rear side of the passenger vc. And the feed line feeds directly to the cp3. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Chevelle upgrades.

Guess I never posted any updates since getting the new vc on. Car has been running pretty good for the past few months. Ran it in Redding in April, Fontana with NHRA In Super Street (10.90 index) divisional race in may, Sonoma on Memorial Day and this week again at Sonoma. Car has been running...

LB7: LLY Short Block Into 2001 Wiring

Cam & Crank Sensors, EOP sensor and associated harness. You will need this items from the 01 short block. You can leave the lly eop sensor in the block as the 01 eop sensor goes in a different location. It will just be plugging the hole with no harness plugged into it.
