    04.5 LLY swapped to 04 LB7

Maybe check the starter relay. It maybe sticking... swap it with another in your Fuse box. Also, what wire did you have to splice in the fuse box?? This should be a direct plug n play. No issues with your bcm, ignition etc. The only extra Steps needed after the swap and plugging all the lb7...

    04.5 LLY swapped to 04 LB7

Your op says your using the Lly ecm tcm and air box.... is this statement true?? What ecm and what ficm are you using? What wiring changes did you do at the fuse box (Underhood)? What yr lb7 did you use? Harness, ecm from that same engine?

    04.5 LLY swapped to 04 LB7

You can’t mix the ecm / ficm. And if you want to run the Lly ecm you’ll need custom tuning (that will need a lot of tweaking) to get it close. It will never run perfect that way. I would use the lb7 ecm for your lb7, with the lb7 ficm.

    59 Apache Duramax

The videos are old and it only had a downpipe with a short front pipe bolted to it. Prob 1.5’ or shorter. The exhaust is done now and goes to the rear.

    59 Apache Duramax

Latest updates. Was a busy week, finally put some time in the 59 and made the Hot August Nights show. Still needs a bunch of work. But was nice taking it this year to the show. We’ve been taking the Chevelle for the last 10 yrs, and attending for 19yrs. Sent from my iPhone using...

LLY: CCV Scavenging VS Vented to Atmosphere

No check valves. Just the sheet metal oil splasher thingy on the rocket shaft assembly. I bent that thing up towards the hole hoping it would help with the oil, but it didn’t. The current catch can works well for my setup.

LLY: CCV Scavenging VS Vented to Atmosphere

I ran the scavenge setup on the Chevelle. It pulled too much oil out and made a mess in my exhaust. I’ve since switched to a catch can mounted to my radiator support with 2 breathers and baffles in the tank with an oil return line back to the pan. Seems to work much better just need to clean the...

    1968 Camaro Build W/ Duramax

When you have the pans off to modify them you will get to re-seal them then, yes they're leaking. I would remove the rear cover while you're at it and re-seal that as well. And what he ^^ said above. Maybe take a look at the turbo while you have it apart. Also, you can clean up the engine...

    03 LB7 to 05 LLY

If you’re missing the Lly harness that plugs into the Lly ecm then that is your problem. Start by finding one, you cannot move forward without it.

    03 LB7 to 05 LLY

You’ll use the LLY harness that plugs into the LLY ecm. If you follow that harness from the ecm to the under hood fuse box you’ll see where the lb7 and LLY have the same connectors. Remove the lb7 harness and install the Lly one, plug everything in like you unplugged the lb7 one. Then plug in...

    1968 Camaro Build W/ Duramax

There is absolutely no need for a 5" downpipe or exhaust for that matter. Put what fits in your car, you'll save yourself tons of time and money. Make it look right for the car. You can always y the downpipe under the car to make it flow more with smaller piping. 4" split into 2 3" pipes...
