2024 Duramax issues?
Just an update. Best truck I’ve ever owned. This thing is nasty, it’s as powerful/fast as my last tuned LML or faster. No problems at all, 12 mpg mixed mostly city average speed 20 mph. Regens take 26 miles instead of 40 to 50 like in the LML. Overall, I think GM has hit one out of the park with...- NC-smokinlmm

We are switching over in the marine business to Ethernet based modules and phasing out the NEMA2000 networks. You think a car has noise, lol, boats are nothing but interference. It took quite some time to get it all sorted out but the networks are becoming very stable.- NC-smokinlmm

That’s crazy, I’d never get away with setting up a network like that. I have to setup a backbone and drop to all my accessories so if one goes wonky the captain doesn’t loose everything. I even separate power supplies from one section of the vessel from another in case the short is severe enough...- NC-smokinlmm

One of my buddies has 775k on his lbz. Original motor went out at 350k, still on factory cp3 and 7 of the original injectors, never been in the trans had to replace transfer case at 450k due to pump rub. It’s crazy, it just keeps going…- NC-smokinlmm

Reliable LML
HD Dave just cracked a piston a month or so,ago. He took the motor out and you can see cracks in 2 others as well. His spray pattern was outside of the bowl, I’ve looked and this is common on tuned lml’s. I believe this is the cause of the failures. The lml has large injectors for stock compared...- NC-smokinlmm
