    For what it's worth, I tow on a 600 wheel HP tune with stock holddowns, and run 700+ at the track. So I'd say at least 600 HP before you need them. Though I do have the Wagler aluminum heads with the cast-in injector cups, but don't know if that matters. Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk

    P0380 usually means a failed glow plug. You can unplug the two connectors on the glow plug controller, and measure the resistance of each pin. It is an easy way to find which glow plugs(s) have failed. IIRC they should be a couple ohms, so if you find one that is much higher or lower than that...

    On the truck I am using the stock wiring; shockingly haven't melted the OEM fusable link. I keep meaning to upgrade it though. On the car I ran a 1/0 wire straight to the battery.

    So far so good on the truck. Still seems to be working perfectly! Though I got one for my car and that didn't go so well. It burned out a diode pack and caught on fire after a couple weeks. They RMA'd it, but I have been too chicken to put the replacement on.
