Upper dash cover replacement/paint.
Never painted one, but you can epoxy the clips back on. Done that on a couple of my rigs with good results. I scuff up the area near the clips so the epoxy has something to bond to, and just use the JB Weld plastic epoxy. Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk- DAVe3283

Help no start
If you open the bleeder screw and pump the primer, can you get it to pump fuel out? You may need to pump a long time if the filter is only half full of fuel. Once you have fuel and minimal/no air coming out, shut the bleeder. Now pump until the primer gets hard, then crank it for 15 seconds... -

Shake down weekend
The PPE boost valve is supposed to leak, that's how it works. It bleeds off a percentage of the boost going to the wastegate, delaying when it opens to increase boost. Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk
