You don't want to use HEET additive on a diesel I believe. You'd need like Diesel 911 or PowerService or another diesel-specific additive. I've never had much luck with the anti-gel additives actually working, I've always had to wait for it to warm back up. Since you haven't changed the filter... -

How long ago did you put injectors in it? Usually starting then dying is either fuel gelling in the cold, or sucking air in somewhere. Could be a leaking filter head, or a problem with a fuel line. Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk -

Can you post a photo of the injectors, especially the solenoids at the top? I agree, it sounds like something is very wrong for them to be that close to the valve covers. Does the lower valve cover have the rubber+metal bushings that prevents it from getting compressed too much by the bolts? I... -
ECM issue

Broken ground on bulkhead

Towing injector size
Tuned right, SAC45s will run great. It's too early to say for sure on mileage for my Suburban, but my truck with SAC75s gets the same mileage it used to. You won't have EGT problems at or near stock power either. If you're turning it up, a gauge is wise, regardless of what injectors you run... -

Are parts much more expensive to get there? The upper control arms with new ball joints are about $70 here in the US. So cheap it isn't worth changing out ball joints or bushings, just replace the whole upper control arm. The knuckle and lower control arm are worth rebuilding even here, though...- DAVe3283
