    Rebuild????

    Cp3 is the high pressure fuel pump. Seems like the Lbz/lmm run lower oil pressures. My dads Lbz runs low. Low to a point that my ‘04 with compound turbos climbing a hill low.

    Weird elec stuff. Door/radio related

    The interior lights and RAP are controlled by the door latches. I don’t know if there is an adjustment for it or they just need to be replaced. Common problem though. My ‘04 and ‘07 I had to fiddle with the latches to get the lights to turn on or off.

    Caster still off after Alignment. Is this normal?

    Check your tire pressures too. I bet the rears are at 80psi and the fronts at 55 or 50 (I think the door sticker says 60 for the fronts?). That 80psi will make the truck feel really unstable unloaded.

    Could be a gasket, could be loose bolts. My truck chirps when my manifold bolts start backing out. The stainless ones are slowly getting replaced as they get loose.

    I was also thinking maybe some chaffed wires between voltage and ground but not so much that it’s dead shorting? Just thinking out loud.
