2007 Chevrolet 2500
This thing started as a Silverado. Kept the engine, transmission, wiring and computers , steering column, instrument cluster and radio... Added another chassis from Avalanche Engineering and started over. Added anther $130,000 in stuff! It is still the biggest, badest Duramax out there. -
Need to know dimensions
I can most likely find the numbers for a LBZ but it is not the picture you have. If I were you I would look for a 2006 LLY to a LBZ at 2007.5. The LMM and onward have too much emissions. Before that has other issues.- Tucsontoy

I am trying to remember but I did use two different fittings to fit my clearence. I looked through a stack of receipts and it looks like the following Weatherhead fitting were used: (I just looked...) # C5515x12x10. This is a 90* fitting used on top. I switched the transmission fittings over to AN12 and used hydraullic hose. This gave me 3/4" hoses so that flow would not be restricted. Pictures are available upun request. :)- Tucsontoy

Allison 6sp: 2wd to 4wd Head Scratching
If this buggy is in low, the trail is rough and I do not think about shifting gears. I have not done a sled pull, yet, in low where you would actually feel the shifts. I have only used low/low to hold up without brakes on steep down hill trails. So far I have not noticed shifting issue but...- Tucsontoy

Our Search & Rescue can be anything from finding people and rigs to recovering people and rigs. From time to time we even help our local Boarder Patrol. -

Buuggy update... I forgot this one. It shows a very tight package for the D-max but it fit. The A/C was replaced with an actual air compressor and there is a second 160amp alternator. It has a custom Bell inercooler up front and the radiator is in back. Fine tuning now with EFI but it runs... -

Those radiator lines are schedule 40 pipe plus they are four feet off the ground. Plus you can not see it very well but the is a six inch walking platform right above them that will take the impact "when" she lays on her side. And yes there will be a heat shield made for them once I take it to...
