You can clear that setup with a leveling kit on a NBS truck especially if you do the fender mod. However, you may jar your inside loose the first time you take it off road or hit so much as a pothole. Those 22s will ride like shit.
Truck drivers years ago were the most courteous drivers on the road. If you were coming up on a couple trucks pulling or hill or something similar and the rear truck wanted to pass he would wait until you were past before he would pull out. They would never cut you off. That is my biggest...
Screw you guys, I don't have a shop at all...just a garage so full of shit I can't get a truck in there.
As for the LBZ, I wouldn't sell either. You have arguable the best late model diesel truck you can buy.
I ran an ATS 5 star for a long while with a PPE trans kit and loved that setup. That converter locked up great and treated me well. I wouldn't run an ATS full trans or their clutches but I have no complaints about their converters.
I got mine rebuilt at a local spot for a couple hundred...this...

We have cooked up a few rounds of it in the garage. Not sure if we got the recipe exactly right...you feel like your entire insides are on fire but a couple decent shots and you can barely stand up. :thumb:
Dropping the bars and sulastics will help a ton. However, you will have to trim to get those tires to fit. If you don't drop the bars your ride will not improve.
I run my t bars almost all the way down and pulled the overload plus one full leaf. I paired that setup with Bilstein 5100s from...
A 6.4 with the big spartan or sct tune will run high 12s with the right driver and 4x4 launch...doesn't matter the cab configuration. A single cab should really get down. Those things are no joke.
These 6.4 guys are running high 12s in crew cabs with a tune and DPF delete with nothing else. I...
