guess who got laid off?
As a former supervisor, if they don't have documentation, ie written warnings, stating you were scheduled and didn't show, they aren't in the clear. Warnings also don't have to be signed but they do have to state, "employee refused to sign" and be signed by HR and Management. Good luck, and like...- FastForward
