    Gauges wont move in run position

    Hey guys. I bought a 2004 lly duramax about 2 months ago and the truck came with this problem. When i have the key turned in the run position none of the gauges move and the mileage wont show up or the gears. Also the windows dont have any power until i start the truck. Any ideas what this could...
