I live i arlington,tx right in between dallas ans ft worth. I am looking to get a 09 4 door dully. Is emissions testing the same for a Diesel as with my mustang gt. I have herd yes and no just trying to do a dpf and cat delet with a tune. Would it pass in my area with these mods. Frist time... -
