I need Bump Stops, which ones should I get?

If it is main bearings what will I notice? Vibration? Weird noises? Are there any oil pump issues? Thanks for your input. Are there any support groups sections on this forum? If I need main bearings in my 'new to me' bitchin new truck I will definitely need a therapy session or two. LOL -
