OK----according to my RECENT testing. By changing the values of desired boost DOWN lower than what is actually to be expect HELPED bring most if not all of the percentages for the VGT within a very respectable range within the map. In doing this the high/low boost fault tables need to be...

What i have seen is that when the program is "calling" for 23% -- I cant get it below 65%.....this is my own tuning problem. I also realize its trying to achieve say "32lbs manifold pressure" so it may think it needs 67% Soon enough I am going to install my backpressure gauge.....after i...

I think i figured out how to MAKE the target position table work....... Short on time--thought i would stop in---ill look at the table later that I THINK will enable or disable those tables.......the target table works FINE at idle--keep that in mind.

take the top of your air filter lid off and see how it runs then... You can get a pretty good air filter from Napa for these things.

Well, Killer--I honestly thought so as well, SO I have two 60lb gauges, one is a old school isspro plain jane and the other is a Autometer PhantomII. Both were very close to each other. I pulled the Isspro out of my ford and install it in place of the phantomII results were basically the...

WAY too much....I should have clarified what i said alittle more. I see now my last post to be a bit confusing. What I was trying to say was I am trying to back off ofthe 45psi (this is measured with a mechanical gauge) and if i REALLY want to lay into it I can easily achieve 50+psi. I know...

After doing a bit of research on my own setup today, I noticed that no matter what, I continue to achieve 66% vane position while at 2475rpm and 100mm3......my target postion is supposed to be around 30ish~. Im missing something, but I am playing with something else and will see if it will...

Me personally Killerbee, I would try pulling even more under 60% when fueling, in some situations less boost is better ~~ I know that can be an argumentive point. (flame suit is on) Pull the vanes down lower than you want and then build up from there. I have found that method to produce...

the drive pressure is minimal during spool up.....velocity in th cylinder chamber is not all that great until it has something to burn with. But yes its still important......ask my stock turbo how it feels at 60psi. Or better yet ask my valve springs. why dont you try retarding the...

Will there ever be a "switch" for the LBZ-and up or is this a lost cause due the restraints of the bosch ecm?
