Well I got it off by prying again the end of flange with a 4 ft pry bar against the block but now the? Is how do I get the s.o.b back in.. I lubed it up n tried pushing it in but that's a no go.. go nothing to pry against n no room to git the end with a hammer -

Well I got it out n got the o ring but can't how the hell am.I suppose to get it.back in.. git no room to hit it n nothing to pry against .. I really don't wanna take the oil cooler off- jer

Yea I can see its tricky n enough to piss a guy off.. I has a pry bar at the end of the flange with all.my weight on it n the s.o.b is still in there.. I gave up for the day -

replaced the water pump on my lly today started it up and anti freeze pouring outta the oil cooler pipe from oil cooler to the outlet of the water pump.. disassembled and tried getting the pipe out. its loose but wont come out. is it flanged on the inside? do i have to remove the oil cooler... -
