    So what I'm asking is whats best thing to do next...my truck has 250k miles w/ lift pump, IAH delete with EFILIVE autocal dsp5 switch all stock...so what I'm trying to ask is...get all new head gasket with kit and new fuel injectors and rail with kit with upgrade head rods? Or get used engine...
