    Just receive tunes from Danville and loaded them on my friends autocal. Every time we go to flash my truck it says error $0502. The autocal is all up to date what could the problem be ? Never ran into this issue before.

    Low rail pressure!!

    It's a 07 lmm with 115 k and it does have a fuel rail plug. I've actually been looking into those pumps but unfortantly don't have the funds for one right now. It's weird because it don't give me a rail pressure code just brings fuel filter life to zero.

    Two things I was thinking but hoping that it's not going to be. I don't have a rail pressure gauge or fuel pressure. Being I have a pull tonight would I be better off running my 460 tune? Didn't really seem like the truck loss power through the run. Here's a link to the video...

    No I haven't checked lift pump pressure yet I just put the air dog on two days ago and the trucks a 07.

    I have a lmm with danville tuning which the big tune is 530 horse I just installed a air dog 150 and still every now and then the fuel filter life will drop to zero. Then it says change fuel filter but I don't get a low rail pressure code. Still has the stock fprv which I have a race plug...

    New fuel filter and no lift pump but wouldnt it throw a low rail pressure code? If I put it to the floor it builds 25 thousand and holds it all the way intell I let off. Although it will build more boost sometimes and accelerate faster but sometimes when it grabs 5th boost will be around 24 26...

    I have a 06 lbz and I run it on level 2 ppe hot 2. When im cruising at 60 in 6th gear and go to lug it sometimes it will only bring rail pressure up to 17 thousand and boost will only go up to 8 psi which makes it really doggy.Other times it will build right up to 20 psi with rail at 23...

    Bed support rails rotted.....

    I work at a parts store and we offer universal bed rails for about 45 bucks a piece and I got quoted around 500 to put them in..Seems like it's only 05s to 07 classics having these problems..I think it's how the heat shield that bolts to them holds in all the dirt and salt.

    06 duramax blower motor cuts out

    Well took it apart tonight and the motor spins freely. I can get it to work when I wiggle the two wires that run from the resistor to the motor but it's still not that constant. Wish I could figure this out kinda sucks not having heat when it's 4 degrees out Lol

    Ill have to check all grounds tonight after work and Ill check all the connections..It seems like when I hit a pretty good size bump it will come back on for a little bit too so I'm thinking its a ground issue too or maybe connection some wheres.
