    Most tuners and shops will say you need trans tuning. If you pay attention to whom the info is coming from. It is the trans builders that are telling you don't need it. To tuners and shops, it's unfortunately a money grab.

    Thoughts on Running ATF with your Fuel

    Atf works about great, had a personal lb7 with hazing issues. Dumped a quart in the truck. Haze was gone. Ran the injectors in the truck till one of them cracked and started filled up the crank case. I highly recommend atf.

    I unhook the batteries on my truck and let it sit for the winter. Most of the time. It clicks right off come spring. No charger. Batteries are from 2016.

    i live up in the salt belt ( upstate new york). I have a 2007 duramax and a 2015 tacoma. Only reason to tow for me is the snowmobiles in the winter. It is not worth while for me to drive my diesel in the winter, longer warm up cycles, overall value of the truck is worth more and depreciates...

    Compression test it. Balance rates will give you a slight piece of mind as well. Start it up on a cold morning and skip the glow plugs - if the thing chugs and coughs or haze's bad there's a descent sign something might be wrong.

    Anybody have experience with fury tires?

    Believe it or not, I had a local tire company tell me they have had great luck with them too. They could not get the ridge grappler in because the company is backed up and said these are the next best thing.
