first time on a forum so might need help. i have a 01 duramax, every once in a while when i hit the key all u hear is the bendix come in but wont start. wait about a half hr or so and it starts fine. just put on a new starter, ran a hot wire from battery to a push button under dash to the starter but doesnt help. leave it alone for a little while and it will start up like nothing was wrong.
