Fill out your sig so that other know what all is done to your truck. A log of this with EFI could help.

Welcome

My opinions:

1) Try going back to stock tune first. It could be something in the Hypertech tune causing it.
2) Check for codes. Could be Throttle position sensor, maf or something else.
3) Wiring from throttle could be grounding out intermittently.
4) Others have suggested checking air or fuel filter, but I dont think its that.

Did it do it before the dealer serviced the injectors?

I have, but it involved a quadzilla programmer, not hypertech and not a sstock truck. Like jon said, I'd check your TPS wiring. A bad ground or loose connection could cause something like this....

I know the NSBU can cause some funny issues, not sure if this is one of them or not.....

edit: any codes??

GHOST PEDAL,

Common 2001 OS problem once a programmer is used.

Some of them corrupt the OS when trying to remove the top speed limiter.

A 2002 OS upgrade is all you need and problem will be solved.

Let me know if I can help.

Tony

If you tell us where you are there may be someone in your area with EFI Live that could throw a 2002 OS in your truck.
